Any unopened unused products may be exchanged within 15 days of purchase with receipt. Any used item may be returned within 7 days for credit and will be prorated with a receipt of purchase. ADS reserves the right to inspect and deny the return of any product.

For payment, we accept Credit, Debit, Cash or ADS Gift Certificates. A credit card is required for booking any services.

Gift cards may be purchased in any denomination by phone, online, or at the spa and may be used towards any Appearance Day Spa service or product of choice (note, some restrictions may apply during special promotional periods). Upon redemption, gift card will be applied for registered dollar amount. Services and prices are subject to change. Gift card must be presented at time of redemption. Gift cards are non-refundable.
To use, present card at check in and amounts will be deducted from the balance. Gift cards may not be redeemed for cash and any unused amount will remain on the card. Appearance Day Spa is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged cards or any unauthorized use. Dollar value of your Gift card does not expire. Printable gift certificates are available for purchase online at and are subject to all the same policies as the gift card.


To show our appreciation for your personal endorsements, you’ll receive a $20 gift certificate each time you refer a new client for any salon and spa service. Simply tell anyone you refer to write your name in the space provided on the new guest intake form.


If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, you must notify Appearance Day Spa at least 24-Hours in advanced for single services and 48-Hours in advanced for multiple services. If you have a late cancellation you will be charged 50% for the amount of the services, for no shows you will be charged 100% for the amount of the services. This policy covers all reasons for canceling an appointment whether it’s a spontaneous weekend get way or the bug. These fees are designed to compensate our staff who rely on a busy schedule for a rewarding career. Thank you for your understanding and your consideration.


If you arrive past the start of your scheduled time you will be rescheduled or remaining time will be honored. You will not be able to make up the time and will be charged the full amount of the service.


To make your spa experience a pleasant one please show up a minimum of 15 minutes before your scheduled service.


We recommend you leave all valuables home. Appearance Day Spa is not responsible for any valuables that have been lost or stolen.


Gratuities are not included in the price of individual services or gift cards (unless it is for a service or, a package). Gratuities are not accepted on credit cards. Sorry for the inconvenience.


To maintain a relaxing atmosphere and the privacy of other spa guests please mute all cell phones and devices.


Your spa experience is your time and you should enjoy it to the fullest. Should you feel any discomfort due to room temperature, massage pressure, music volume, or any other conditions please tell your therapist or spa coordinator immediately.


If there is any medical conditions you have or medications you are currently taking please advise us in advanced for your safety and health.


Children age 13 and older are welcome to enjoy spa services with the supervision of an adult. To receive services a parent or guardian must sign a release form through the age of 18. Parent or guardian must also be present in the room at the time of service. Please leave children home unless receiving services. Children are not allowed in SPA, WAXING, OR TREATMENT ROOMS.
